Foreman spent three seasons at Texas and finished 2016 as the nation’s top running back, winning the Doak Walker Award and rushing for over 2,000 yards. In December, he announced his decision to enter the NFL Draft and was selected in the third round by the Houston Texans this spring.
Foreman, a Texas City native, has spent this summer with the Texans and recently finalized a four-year deal worth $3.25 million.
The Texans public relations department said on Twitter on Sunday that it was aware of the incident and is “gathering additional information and will have no further comment.”
