Ryno asked that we give a shout-outs to grandmas everywhere.
Meant to mention at the beginning of last show: Scottish Prem is over with a million games to go. 1. Celtic (84 points) 2. Aberdeen (58). Rangers should be back in 2015-16 season.
Malmo won its first 2 game in the Allsvenskan 3-0.
1. March Madness Recap
- National Championship: UConn v UK — What, what! — but they lost. 🙁
Lasting thoughts from me: Big Ten went further than I predicted, outside of the Ohio St. game. So many close games that the table could have been flipped. I think that the UConn Iowa st. game may have turned out differently if Iowa St. was completely healthy.
The talk seemed to always be (from what I heard from major sports media) was that Kentucky was “destined” but nobody was discussing how well UConn had beat Mich. St and Florida. If they disrupted senior led teams like that, of course it was going to have some impact on freshman led teams. What about UK injuries? Evan does not disagree.

From last week. Arsenal v Everton. woah. yeah, but Arsenal always finds a way to win the 4th place trophy. If Arsenal win out (seems impossible in their current form), and Everton drops a total of 3 points (2 ties or a loss) then Arsenal still has it. Certainly as close of a race as the top of the table is now.
Sunderland, Cardiff, and Fulham distancing themselfs from the pack.
